Carving Station

Carved Smoked Turkey Breast
Farm raised young turkeys, slowly smoked and glazed with a sauce of Loganberries, served with miniature hard rolls and accompanied by cherry mustard and lemon herb mayonnaise.

Carved Roast Beef
Western beef slowly roasted to perfection and hand carved by our chef onto miniature
Hard rolls served with horseradish sauce and Dijon peppercorn sauce.


Pasta Station

Caesar Salad
Made the old fashioned way topped with herbed croutons and grated Parmesan cheese.

Tuscan Bread Basket

A fresh assortment of artisan breads accompanied by sun dried tomato, basil and garlic herb butter.

Gourmet Pasta Bar
A great selection of imported Durum Semolina pastas accompanied by our mouth-watering sauces: Marinara, Pesto, Alfredo, and Pink Vodka Sauce. A gourmet pasta lover's dream prepared to order before your eyes by our master chefs!


 
Stir Fry Station

Potato Bar Option
A selection of Homemade Mashed Potatoes to include Garlic Roasted Potatoes, Red Roasted Potatoes and Hickory Smoked Horseradish Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes. Served in Martini Glasses. Toppings to include sautéed wild mushrooms, sautéed red and yellow onions and peppers, fried onions, and country-style gravy.

Stir Fry Oriental Vegetables
A combination of fresh vegetables stir-fried in a light ginger sauce, served with fried rice.
